Pedro Acevedo is a communication professional who connects passion with purpose and versatility throughout every enterprise he undertakes. As a highly adaptable professional with several years in communication roles, he can create accurate, engaging, and high-quality storytelling while navigating overlapping priorities.

Equipped with a deep understanding of relevant topics and his quick-learning ability, Pedro uses his bilingual writing skills to tackle various issues in a myriad of writing styles. During his college years, he had extensive experience in other areas of communication, including video production, social media management, podcast creation and visual design. Pedro has used that experience to succeed in his previous role as a journalist at La Prensa Latina, as Communications Intern at an Orlando advertising firm, and as a customer service analyst at International Paper.

Born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela, Pedro came to the U.S. as an exchange student, fell in love and made Memphis his home. As an immigrant and newly minted U.S. citizen, he understands the importance of diversity and embracing different points of view. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, playing soccer, traveling to new places, and playing with his rescue dachshunds, Honey and Missy.
